Aged Ale

United States - Kentucky - This strong ale aged in bourbon barrels was made with all the grist and glory that emanates from the great state of KY. Silky, smooth and bourbon character to give you that Kentucky hug we all talk about. Drink it neat.

California- Herbed Spiced Beer- 12.2% ABV. Delicious winter warmer barrel aged spiced ale. Classic spiced ale spiced with Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Ginger, aged in Rye Whiskey barrels for 1 year. Only 672 bottles produced.

United States - Montana - We’ve aged our flagship Cold Smoke Scotch Ale in oak whiskey barrels from Montgomery Distilling. This beer is smooth and roasty with a robust finish. With a full body and creamy mouthfeel, it offers notes of coffee, vanilla, whiskey, and dark chocolate.

WA- Scotch Ale- 9.2% ABV. A rich, complex scotch ale aged on American white oak, "The Mighty Oak" features smooth vanilla notes intertwined with subtle smokiness and bold malt character.

Georgia- Tripel- 9.5% ABV. Beauty is the balance between simplicity and complexity. This traditional Belgian-style ale is aged in three different barrels before finding a perfect blend. With a light orange pour, warm up to notes of spice, oak, banana pear, and honeysuckle.

Wisconsin- Pumpkin Ale- 13.4% ABV. The full, moderately-bright mouthfeel starts with pumpkin pie spice and caramel malt with oaky-vanilla brandy barrel flavors in tow, and finishes with lingering oak and malty sweetness.

Kentucky- Cream Ale- 5.5% ABV. BARREL AGED. a cold-conditioned cream ale that's brewed with flaked corn and Bourbon vanilla beans, then rested in Bourbon barrels for a smooth mouth-feel and flavor.

United States - Matured for 7 months in Mexican agave spirit barrels, this brew boasts a palate of ripe fruit, caramel, and oak. A touch of sweetness meets a toffee twist. Copper-red with a refined head, it’s best enjoyed with great food, a golden sunset, and amigos muy simpáticos.

United States - New Hampshire - This brew is a highly acclaimed, 10% ABV Scotch Ale (Wee Heavy), celebrating the spring maple tapping season, the beer is brewed with real maple syrup and candy cap mushrooms. Imparts warming notes of oak, vanilla, and sweet caramel.

United States - Georgia - This artfully crafted Imperial Red Ale has been resting meticulously within the confines of bourbon barrels sourced from Five Trail. By taking this extra step, we have achieved a perfect blend of flavors, making this endeavor worth the wait.

Kentucky- American Strong Ale- 10% ABV. BARREL AGED in oak Bourbon and bitters barrels, with cherries and orange peel. Pours a red hue. Aromas of bourbon and orange. Flavors deliver bourbon vanilla, cherry, orange peel sweetness balanced by earthy, herbal background character.

United States - Wisconsin - Pours a rich mahogany red with a fine tan head. Vibrant notes of toffee, plum, and a hint of smoke on the nose complemented by a tart pop of black cherry on return visits. A healthy dose of sweetness balances the lingering peaty smoke.

Kentucky- American Strong Ale- 8+%ABV. A unique sipping beer with the distinctive nose of a well-crafted bourbon. Aged for up to 6 weeks in freshly decanted bourbon barrels from some of Kentucky's finest distilleries. Subtle flavors of vanilla and oak. Pleasantly smooth and robust.

Texas- Specialty Beer- 4.2% ABV, 15 IBU. Brewed with English malts, which give it a bready characteristic, and aged over vanilla beans. It's light and airy, like a funnel cake and very easy-drinking.

California- Old Ale- 10.0% ABV. Pours a ruby color. With an original gravity of over 1.100 and a generous hopping rate, Old Stock is well-designed to round-out and mellow with age. Brewed with Maris Otter malt and Fuggles and East Kent Goldings hops, all imported from England.

Wisconsin- American Barley Wine. This style of beer generally offers a malt-forward body which can feature fruity and hoppy flavors and aromas with a high alcohol content. This style may be cellared for years and ages well when properly kept.

Maine- Tripel- 11% ABV. BARREL AGED in a cellar in Jim Beam barrels for 8 weeks. During the bourbon barrel aging process the beer is totally transformed and many new flavors and aromas develop, including soft coconut and vanilla characteristics, and a hint of bourbon flavors!

Pennsylvania- Belgian Strong Dark Ale- 11% ABV. The combination of Cherries, Honey, and Chocolate Malts delivers gentle fruits and subtle spices. Fermented and aged with a unique yeast, this ruby red beer has significant warming strength that underlies the character of this Ale.

Missouri- Chili Beer- 4.0% ABV. The newest release in our Classic Series is probably our most popular and well known beer from the festival circuit and pub…a nice 4% blonde ale aged on freshly cut and seeded Green Chiles resulting in an incredible aroma and flavor with.

Kentucky- American Brown Ale- 6% ABV. You'll go totally walnuts over this oak-aged, walnut-seasoned brown ale. Goodwood Walnut Brown Ale features notes of caramel and chocolate with a finish that is, you guessed it, pleasingly nutty.

Massachusetts- English Strong Ale- 6.7% ABV. Mayflower Thanksgiving Ale is a full-bodied beer brewed with a rich array of barley and rye malts and aged several weeks on toasted oak. It's the perfect beverage for America's hometown holiday.
