Aged Ale

United States - Kentucky - This strong ale aged in bourbon barrels was made with all the grist and glory that emanates from the great state of KY. Silky, smooth and bourbon character to give you that Kentucky hug we all talk about. Drink it neat.

WA- Scotch Ale- 9.2% ABV. A rich, complex scotch ale aged on American white oak, "The Mighty Oak" features smooth vanilla notes intertwined with subtle smokiness and bold malt character.

California- Herbed Spiced Beer- 12.2% ABV. Delicious winter warmer barrel aged spiced ale. Classic spiced ale spiced with Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Ginger, aged in Rye Whiskey barrels for 1 year. Only 672 bottles produced.

United States - Montana - We’ve aged our flagship Cold Smoke Scotch Ale in oak whiskey barrels from Montgomery Distilling. This beer is smooth and roasty with a robust finish. With a full body and creamy mouthfeel, it offers notes of coffee, vanilla, whiskey, and dark chocolate.

United States - Tennessee - This Belgian-style strong dark ale has been aged in Tennessee whiskey barrels for 9 months. Vanilla and oak open into sweet maltiness and a pleasant warming finish. The Belgian yeast provides pleasant notes of stone fruit.

Kentucky- American Strong Ale- 8+%ABV. A unique sipping beer with the distinctive nose of a well-crafted bourbon. Aged for up to 6 weeks in freshly decanted bourbon barrels from some of Kentucky's finest distilleries. Subtle flavors of vanilla and oak. Pleasantly smooth and robust.

Kentucky- Cream Ale- 5.5% ABV. BARREL AGED. a cold-conditioned cream ale that's brewed with flaked corn and Bourbon vanilla beans, then rested in Bourbon barrels for a smooth mouth-feel and flavor.

United States - Matured for 7 months in Mexican agave spirit barrels, this brew boasts a palate of ripe fruit, caramel, and oak. A touch of sweetness meets a toffee twist. Copper-red with a refined head, it’s best enjoyed with great food, a golden sunset, and amigos muy simpáticos.

Wisconsin- American Barley Wine. This style of beer generally offers a malt-forward body which can feature fruity and hoppy flavors and aromas with a high alcohol content. This style may be cellared for years and ages well when properly kept.

United States - Georgia - This artfully crafted Imperial Red Ale has been resting meticulously within the confines of bourbon barrels sourced from Five Trail. By taking this extra step, we have achieved a perfect blend of flavors, making this endeavor worth the wait.

Wisconsin- Pumpkin Ale- 13.4% ABV. The full, moderately-bright mouthfeel starts with pumpkin pie spice and caramel malt with oaky-vanilla brandy barrel flavors in tow, and finishes with lingering oak and malty sweetness.

United States - Wisconsin - Pours a rich mahogany red with a fine tan head. Vibrant notes of toffee, plum, and a hint of smoke on the nose complemented by a tart pop of black cherry on return visits. A healthy dose of sweetness balances the lingering peaty smoke.

United States - Connecticut - Timber Ales Barrel - Aged Fields of Fall is an Imperial Stout perfect for the season. This 12% stout is Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout brewed with Pumpkin, Nutmeg, Vanilla, & Cinnamon. Brewed and conditioned at 12% Beer Project.

United States - New Jersey - American Imperial Stout. This style of beer generally offers a very malt-forward dark body and high alcohol content. These are very dark in appearance and bold in flavors. Occasionally Barrel Aged. Please see package for more information.2126253842

United States - California - A longtime fan favorite at the brewery, Islander Joy is now available for a wider release. This barrel-aged stout blends Tahitian vanilla, Vietnamese coffee, and creamy coconut with flavors and aromas of rich chocolate.

California- Old Ale- 10.0% ABV. Pours a ruby color. With an original gravity of over 1.100 and a generous hopping rate, Old Stock is well-designed to round-out and mellow with age. Brewed with Maris Otter malt and Fuggles and East Kent Goldings hops, all imported from England.

England- English Strong Ale- 9% ABV. Brewed with an array of British malts and hop varieties, this amber-ruby ale is aged in oak barrels previously used for cask conditioning, then bottle conditioned for many months. Rich toffee, raisin, dried fruit and caramel flavors. Soft oak notes.

Florida - American Imperial Porter - 8.5% ABV. Rum Barrel Aged C Porter(2017 GABF Gold Medal Winner) with notes of coconut, chocolate, charred oak, vanilla and spice, will have you wanting dessert.

US - Missouri - Five Farms Irish Cream is imported by our friends at Holladay Distillery so it made sense to import milk sugar from Five Farms to brew a barrel-aged Irish Cream Imperial Stout. Luscious, with notes of caramel, butterscotch, whiskey, and coffee with a smooth nitro finish.
