England - 45% - This limited edition of Highclere Castle Gin is made with botanicals grown on Highclere Castle’s Estate and barrel aged in French Armagnac casks, Scotch, and American whiskey barrels with notes of honey, smoke, and citrus.

Florida- Manifest Barrel Aged Gin begins with organic gin aged for six months in Manifest Whiskey 10 year bourbon barrels. This liquid is then blended with organic gin aged for thirty days in unused, charred American oak barrels. This gin is well balanced with notes of vanilla and oak.

United States - 57.5% - Aged for 1 year in a wet Southern Rye barrel, this Barrel Aged Gin perfectly juxtaposes citrus-forward notes and smooth rye spices. At 115 proof, it’s excellent in a cocktail or just over ice.

New Mexico- Made traditionally in the high desert of Albuquerque, NM at Safe House Distilling Co. This is a hand-selected, barrel aged edition of Safe House' classic Lock Pick Gin.

WA, USA- Made with 13 Gin botanicals, aged 2-4 months in Bourbon casks, results in a complex yet delicate spirit. Layered aromas of baking spice, juniper and honey.The palate is full of soft maple sugar and cream evolving into a vanilla finish. Hand selected by our local experts. Ltd.

Colorado- Hand picked juniper berries combined with a handful of other unique botanicals gives Jackelope gin citrusy and slightly nutty flavor. From there it is aged in Colorado Straight Bourbon barrels until it's just right.

USA- The aging has mellowed the gin and introduced notes of oak, sweetness and spice. The melding of these flavors makes an absolutely and deliciously complex gin that can be enjoyed straight. A perfect winter sipping gin.

United States - Michigan winter wheat, select all natural botanicals and aging in bourbon barrels. Lovely juniper, citrus notes are complemented by notes of oak, vanilla, caramel, spice. Crafted in Detroit in small batches. 95 point and gold medal winner 2022 NY International Spirits.

Amsterdam - Medium body to heavy body, bready/malt like entry with lots of spice and some weight and mouth feel. Mild tingling on the lips and tongue with a long spicy and herbal finish that is slightly sweet.

Minnesota- A classic London Dry Gin with a heavier than typical botanical load that is both woodsy and juniper forward, finishing with light citrus notes. The short rest adds a softer and more complex wood profile, making this the perfect sipping gin at room temperature.

United States - Tom's Town distillers took their botanical gin and finished it in one of their bourbon barrels for more than a year. The result is a robust and flavorful gin that takes on the best whiskey characteristics and aroma from the barrel. With notes of vanilla, caramel & oak.

Missouri - Our American Gin is finished in charred, second use Missouri white oak barrels, which introduces a layer of complex wood flavors, a subtle vanilla infused sweetness and the spice of young whiskey. Smooth on the pallet, with bright juniper and well-balanced citrus notes.

MA, USA - We used our popular Ethereal gin to create our very first Barrel-Aged Ethereal expression. Aged for 18 months in used bourbon barrels. A beautifully aged gin, both bold and demure, with strong notes of mellowed brown spice and dried fruit. It is rounded by vanilla.

Michigan- Knickerbocker Gin, conditioned in spent New Holland Spirits barrels, makes a delicious barrel-aged gin. Toasty notes from the spirit-soaked wood accentuate the vibrant juniper character and provide a deep and smooth contrast to the lively aromatics.
