Aged Whiskey

United States - 45% - Jubilee Whiskey is made in small family owned and operated craft distillery in Seguin, Texas. Jubilee Whiskey is aged in bourbon barrels for at least 7 months and finished on toasted cherry wood chunks. It has notes of ripe cherry and oak.

Delaware- This whiskey is brewed, distilled, and aged onsite using the same ingredients as their beer. It is aged in new charred American Oak, then finished in rum casks which previously aged their Barrel Honey Rum. Medium bodied, the result is delicately aged, reliably smooth whiskey.

United States - 50% -Their Four Grain Bourbon is made with Yellow Corn, Winter Wheat, Elbon Rye, and Malted Barley. Aged a minimum of three years. 100% Texas Grain - 100 Proof - Grain to Glass - Certified Texafied Texas Proud

United States - Indiana - 57.85% - Trinity of Port begins with a blend of four whiskeys aged a minimum of 5 Yr. This blend delivers layers of flavor from rye, corn, wheat, barley. This blend is divided into three port barrels, Ruby, Tawny, and White, where it rests for several months.

United States - 62.5% - Aged in extra fine grain American Oak. The wood was air dried for 24 months and the barrels were fully toasted, then charred by hand over an oak fire. The mash of 100% malted rye was fermented for 4 days, then double distilled. in traditional copper pot stills.

Tennessee- Made using the Straight Bourbon which is then aged for over 2 years. Notes of cherry, leather, and tobacco for a long, dry finish. Perfect for sipping in a cocktail.

California- Distilled from malted barley, cherry-wood smoked malt, crystal malt and rye through a combination of opal and mosaic hops and aged is small, charred American oak barrels, this whiskey is truly unique.

Ry3 is a special blend of 3 phenomenal whiskeys, 3 carefully handpicked mash-bills, and 3 distinctive aged statements. The culmination of this beautifully well-balanced whiskey is finished in Char #1 and Medium plus toast barrel.

USA- A handmade micro batch whiskey from Florida made from a mix of four grains using no-cook fermentation to keep the natural taste of the grains. The product is never over aged - so you taste the grain, not the barrel.

United States - Kansas - 46.500% - Handcrafted from the finest quality rye in a copper pot still, aged in signature oak barrels. The distinctive 100% rye mashbill and 5 Yr of aging in America's heartland unites smooth complex notes of butterscotch, caramel, ginger, and cinnamon spice.

United States - 45% - A delicious and sippable blend of 4 year old single malt whiskey and peated malt whiskey distilled and aged by West Bottoms Whiskey Co in Kansas City. This blend provides notes of sweet summer grass, honey throughout and a hint of peat smoke on the finish.

California- Mavericks Doublewood is an American whiskey that is aged in new American Oak and finished with toasted French Oak. Batch to batch variations in the toast level and duration of finish create varying degrees of chocolate, coffee, vanilla and caramel.

Louisiana- This Doc Wahl American Single Malt Whiskey is a whiskey fermented, distilled, and aged 100% on-site in Egg Harbor. Crafted from three unique varieties of malted barley, this whiskey spent a minimum of 2 years aging in new American White Oak barrels.

United States - Nebraska - Their American Single Malt Whiskey is made with 100% malted barley and aged for at least 2 years in a new charred American Oak Barrel. The color is a nice deep bronze with a nose of chocolate, cocoa, and baking spices.

United States - 45% - Their signature three year aged bourbon, made with the Syndicate’s distinct traditional mash bill, featuring locally grown Kentucky-selected corn, rye, and malted barley. This bourbon clocks in at 90 Proof

Ireland- This small batch, long-aged blend, is an assembly of the best malt and grain whiskey distilled at Cooley Distillery and gently matured in ex-bourbon casks in Kilbeggan warehouses. It was skillfully blended to create a whiskey of unique smoothness, character, and balance.

Michigan- Made from 100% Michigan rye and pure water from the Great Lakes. Aged for a minimum of two years in traditional, charred new American oak barrels, with delicious spice notes and subtle fig finish,
