Aged Whiskey

Ohio - Crafted from Ohio-grown wheat and aged five years in lightly toasted American white oak barrels, where it develops hints of vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Then transferred to Oloroso Sherry casks, where it acquires rich, nutty notes of black cherry, dark chocolate, and raisins.

Japan-This whisky is a blend of Japanese spirits curated to deliver a specific flavor profile-one that tasted like summer. The various whiskies were aged in white oak and married to create notes of summer florals and fruits over a backdrop of vanilla.

Indiana - 45% - A smooth American single malt in the Irish tradition, aged a minimum of 2 years in the heart of southern Indiana. Sixth generation, farm to table, handcrafted one barrel at a time. Bold malt, green apple, viscous mouthfeel and texture, slight notes of oak and caramel.

Wisconsin- Door County Whisky is made in small batches and incorporates mash from Shipwrecked Brew Pub in Egg Harbor. This single-malt whisky is aged in American oak and is 100% Door County.

Highlands, Scotland - From a highly limited purchase of 20 rare casks totaling approximately 2400 bottles of 31-year-old single malt. Spicy toffee, hints of sherry, leather, orange and clove. Surprisingly balanced for the age, medium bodied with a long, sweet finish.

Ireland- Made with the finest grains and pure Irish spring water. It is triple distilled and aged in bourbon casks. Light toffee and vanilla fills the nose. Finishes round and slightly spicy.

United States - Texas - 43% - Using time crafted techniques with Texas-sourced grains, original No. 2 offers a smooth, classic single malt profile that distinctly matches its unique Texas origins. No. 2 is made with golden promise, honey malt, aged in their own used bourbon barrels.

United States - 45% - American Metal Whiskey celebrates the art and craftsmanship of selecting, aging and blending. Each 10 year old single barrel batch is 200 or fewer bottles. Curated from Indiana, finished aging and barrel-selected in Vermont.

KY, USA- A blend of Kentucky bourbon and neutral grain spirits and aged in oak barrels for 36 months creating a smooth textured whiskey. Oaky palate with hints of caramel leads to a vanilla finish. Enjoy neat.

Texas- Engineer's is an all corn whiskey sourced from local Texas farmers. The combination of the corn whiskey aging in used bourbon barrels gives it a flavor profile that is smooth and mellow, similar to Scotch whiskeys and Irish whiskeys.

United States - 52.5% - High Cotton is the first bourbon produced at Hollow Creek. The traditional high rye grain bill provides plenty of spice and depth of flavor. The flavor profile is balanced and smooths out nicely during the minimum 5 year aging in charred oak barrels.

United States - Indiana - 60.15% - From the rich, rolling hills of Starlight, Indiana - where their grains are grown - to the slow, deliberate aging in hand-selected Seguin Moreau Icône casks, every element of Starlight Distillery's 10 Yr Bourbon has been guided by time and tradition.

Ireland- Triple Dog Irish Whiskey is Irish whiskey for a new age of dreamers, philosophers, artists, and dare takers. This whiskey has notes of toasted caramel, honey, light vanilla, and hints of oak. It has a sweet aroma and can be enjoyed neat or over ice!

Scotland - 46.0% - The GlenDronach Revival Aged 15 years is a smooth scotch with notes of dark fruits, rich chocolate and manuka honey with an enveloping, memorable finish. This luxuriously sherried Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky is bottled at 46% ABV.

Canada - 40% - Crown Royal Reserve Blended Canadian Whisky, Aged 12 Years, is made with patience, perseverance, and the knowledge that incredible things come to those who put in the time.​ This blend has been patiently, creating a delicious complexity that's ready to be savored.

Ireland - 42% - A fine blend of Irish malt and Irish grain whisky, aged for 5 long years, gently rested in select bourbon casks, which bring out beautiful undertones of vanilla sweetness, ripe fruit and pepper spice.

United States - 51.75% - Straight Rye Whiskey. Aged 17 Years. Finished in all four casks from The Boss Hog VII & VIII: Spanish Oak, South American Teakwood, Single Island Philippine Rum Barrels Aged 7 & 10 Years.

Scotland - Aged 17 years in refill hogshead casks, un-chill filtered, and natural in color. Distilled in the Highlands. A unique and oily spirit that offers an incredible sipping experience with flavors of lush honey and sweet fruit notes of marmalade.

Canada- A blend of over fifty separate whiskies that have been aged a minimum of six years. Gold with a light amber glow medium-light body reminiscent of pear, caramel, butter, brown spices slightly coarse texture complimented by soft brown spices.

United States - 40% - A bourbon this smooth should always be shared. Their 80 proof Distiller’s Cut is aged four years, and offers a distinctly sweet finish that starts out with notes of candied fruits and eventually fades into an earthy corn grain.

Japan - 40% - This pure malt elegant whisky aged 12 years is soft on the nose with scents of toffee, caramel, and oak. Rich, soft flavors of spice and sweet fruit with smoky peat undertones with a silky-smooth mouthfeel.

NY, USA- Blended with a combination of New York's finest apples and aged in bourbon barrels where oak, raisin, and vanilla notes are infused. Delicate to the nose with a bouquet of warm apple spice. Toasted oak and spice notes round out at the finish.

USA- Fiitted with a mash of 80% Corn, 11% Rye and 9% Malt. Distilled w/ Kentucky limestone water, in a column still, and then subsequently distilled in a continuous pot still that acts as a doubler to extract flavors. Aged 4 years to reach the optimal amount of oak influence.

Wisconsin- Distilled from sweet sorghum grown locally in WI. Aged for at least a month in Wisconsin White oak barrels that are lightly charred and previously used for apple brandy. Result tastes a bit like Scotch, minus the smoky peat, and is gluten free!
