Aged Whiskey

Texas- Chavalo Whiskey is made using a 2-row Munich Malted barley for the base flavor, 2-row Chocolate Malted barley, and a 2-row Caramel Munich to finish off the mash. They then take their distilled mash and age it for less than 2 years in used whiskey casks to mellow.

United States - 58.85% - Distilled from a trio of malted barleys, and aged over four years in three types of barrels produced by three local cooperages. Non-chill filtered and bottled at cask strength. Less than 500 bottles produced. Handcrafted entirely on-site in Waconia, Minnesota.

NY, USA - Dried herbs and cereal are what you pick up to the nose, along with saw dust and a slight char aroma from the barrel. The body of the whiskey is on the thin side, but is a touch sweet with more light grain and raw wood. This is a definitely showing its lack of age.

Ireland - Kinsale Irish Whiskey begins with family grown and selected grains from the Irish country side which are triple distilled in traditional pot stills before careful aging in ex-bourbon casks, creating a lighter-bodied perfect blend of pure malt and grain whiskies.

WA, USA- Barrel-aged in the ship's bow while fishing the smoother waters of the North Bering Sea near the ice pack. Intense yet smooth toasted caramel, woodsy smoke & slight hint of the salty sea. Aged 2yrs on the ship, blended with Mischief's 6yr Rye Whiskey.

United States - 49.5% - Ezra Brooks is distilled using the highest qualify ingredients, aged the old-fashioned way, and now bottles at an even bolder 99 Proof. Same great, spicy ryed bourbon, but with an enhanced flavor due to the higher proof.

Kentucky- The blend of three whiskies (American and Canadian rye), three mash bills and three age statements add up to RY3, a sumptuous and heavenly honeycombed mouthful of peach nectar and maple bran. White pepper punctuates a seamless coat of orange peel, vanilla musk, & cigar leaf.

Japan - 46% - This whisky is aged in White Oak ex-Bourbon Barrels for over 8 years. This creates a whisky ripe and complex in flavor. The palate is sweet and stands out with fragrances of vanilla and nuts. The mouth-feel is very soft.

Colorado- They start by carefully selecting only the finest grains available, then slow age it in premium oak barrels, which is what gives Colorado Select Club Canadian Whiskey its distinguished smooth, mellow, and creamy taste. You will definitely enjoy every sip.

Ireland - 42% - A fine blend of Irish malt and Irish grain whisky, aged for 5 long years, gently rested in select bourbon casks, which bring out beautiful undertones of vanilla sweetness, ripe fruit and pepper spice.

KY, USA- A blend of Kentucky bourbon and neutral grain spirits and aged in oak barrels for 36 months creating a smooth textured whiskey. Oaky palate with hints of caramel leads to a vanilla finish. Enjoy neat.

United States - 46% - Made from 95% Rye and 5% Malted Barley, and further aged in our Macklowe American single malt barrels for the spiciest finish and smooth, full, complex flavor. Locally sourced, small batch of 10 casks aged over 4 years finished in Macklowe Single Malt barrels.

United States - Nebraska - 57.500% - Aged in new American oak until just right. It boasts a deep copper color and aromas of sweet browned butter and toffee. The palate is rich and creamy with flavors of butterscotch, honey and toffee.

United States - 58.5% - First ever Founder's Reserve offering. 540 bottles released. Cask Strength - 58.5% ABV / 117 Proof. Notes of butterscotch, sweet malt, caramelized fruit, herbs, and spices. 100% Malted Barley aged in new charred white oak barrels

Indiana - 45% - A smooth American single malt in the Irish tradition, aged a minimum of 2 years in the heart of southern Indiana. Sixth generation, farm to table, handcrafted one barrel at a time. Bold malt, green apple, viscous mouthfeel and texture, slight notes of oak and caramel.

United States - 45% - A blend of 90% Wisconsin Malted Barley and 10% Scottish Peated Malt aged in a blend of new & used white American Oak barrels. Features notes of dried stone fruit, honey, vanilla, and pecans balanced by subtle peat on the finish.

United States - 46.5% - This American Single Malt is aged for 4+ years in first-fill bourbon barrels on premium Kentucky distilleries before being finished in virgin toasted oak barrels from the Blue Ridge Mountains. Aromas of honeysuckle, baked apple and cinnamon.

Okinawa, Japan – 43% – Kujira 10 Year Old Whisky, crafted from 100% Indica rice and aged 10+ years in White Oak Virgin casks, offers aromas of honey, brown sugar, oak, and spices. The palate is velvety with caramel, licorice, baked bread, and cinnamon, finishing smooth and balanced.

Canada- For those who appreciate the deeper oak notes, this aged whisky has unique character and richness. Aromas of creamy toffee and toastiness. Flavors are rich, mellow oak with hints of nutmeg and clove. A warm, dry finish making this full, firm-bodied whisky perfect on its own.

Colorado- Smooth, unique flavor sought after by whiskey lovers around the world. Distilled 5 times to obtain its purity, removing any off tastes from the mash fermentation and aging process. Aromas of sour cream frosting, caramel yogurt, with a fruity medium body and butter cream finish

Scotland - Lowland - 46.70% - Single Malt Scotch Whisky aged exclusively in ex-Bourbon casks. Bladnoch's Master Distiller, Dr Nick Savage, hand selects every cask to bring together this refreshing and sweet expression. Showing notes of honey, refreshing citrus and cut grass.

India- Hand-crafted single malt whisky made in Goa. Made using a double-barreling process, aged 3 years before being transferred to white oak barrels to finish. Oaky nose followed by a light, round mouthfeel and balanced finish. Notes of barley, coffee, and fruit. Double Gold - SFWSC

Japan - Highly Allocated – Finished in hand selected oak casks this high aged Japanese whisky expression contains flavor notes of honey, butterscotch, and vanilla. The whisky profile is delicate and perfectly balanced with a long finish.
