Aged Whiskey

MA, USA - Bully Boy's aged whiskey uses corn, and malted barley as its primary ingredients, and is aged in new American Oak. The corn makes for subtle sweetness; the flavors are refined through the barrel-aging process, which imparts both a prominent caramel note and nutty finish.

Minnesota- This whiskey made with heirloom Minnesota 13 corn and aged in the used Bourbon, rye and wheat whiskey barrels from 11 Wells shows its Minnesota pride in every flask!

California- Aged in Sour Beer Barrels from Drake's Brewery, this whiskey is full of citrus and tropical fruit enhanced with a nice, silky texture. Still accessible and enjoyable to bourbon drinkers, this is a great choice for anyone looking to trying something a little different.

United States - 50% - Bottled at 100 proof, the Flagship Bourbon is an annual limited release and only available in select markets. Each barrel of bourbon that comprises the Flagship is personally curated by founder Hank Ingram.

Kentucky- Aged in both new char and toasted barrels before being placed on ships that travel the seas and to 5 continents. Nose of toasted marshmallows, syrup and spice. Flavors of toffee, vanilla with hints of leather. Finishes with spice, cinnamon and sea salt. Non Chill Filtered.

Colorado- Aged with Aspen disks instead of staves, this light amber whiskey has aromas of Aspen trees, dried fruit, and baking spices. It has an instant sweet and crisp taste and a lingering finish that is full of bright rye notes.

New York- When rye comes off the still it is sweet, grassy, and floral. A traditional "spicy" characteristic all come from the barrel. With this whiskey, our goal was to lightly oak the rye distillate in our 7-year bourbon barrels with added fresh oak staves.
