Aldo Conterno Red Wine

Italy - Piedmont - Barolo- Five generations of the Conterno family have devoted their lives to wine, and this reflection of their soul blends both tradition and innovation. Sourced from a selection of their vineyards within the Bussia Soprana zone, aged 26 months in large Slavonian oak.

Italy- The grapes used to make Il Favot come from vineyards which have undergone periodical implantations. The skin soaking is limited to six to eight days so to extract few tannins and more colour from the skins themselves, with the result of getting a well-colored wine with softness.
