Alesong Ale

Oregon- Milk/Sweet Stout. This style of beer generally offers roasted malt-forward flavor and aroma along with sweetness from the addition of milk sugar (lactose), which gives the beer a more full mouthfeel. Please see package for more information.

United States - Oregon - To our lambic-inspired, blonde base, we added a mountain of of whole, organic, Oregon-grown, Chelan cherries. We finished the bright vermillion-colored blend with just a hint of local wildflower honey to balance the acidity and add nuance.

Oregon - Saison/ Farmhouse Ale - 7.2% ABV. This saison was primary fermented with a blend of Brettanomyces yeasts, lending tropical fruit and spicy aromas, Galaxy hops, add juicy pineapple, peach and passionfruit.

United States - A very Alesong take on the Pacific Northwest's favorite beer style! The brett-fermented saison blends 18-month-old barrels from our cellar with younger, foeder-matured beer brewed with copious amounts of El Dorado hop extract.

United States - Oregon - An ode to the Belgian brewing tradition of table beers, this grisette is crisp and sessionable, with rustic, earthy subtleties. A dry hop with New Zealand Motueka hops adds a zip of citrus and tropical fruit, and with just a hint of acidity.

United States - Oregon - Tropical, hop-forward, and hazy, this saison was primarily fermented with Brettanomyces and brewed with a heavy dose of Mosaic hop extract. A dry-hop with Strata and Nelson Sauvin results in fruity aromatics and juicy, tropical flavors.

United States - Oregon - Inspired by the classic cocktail, this year’s vintage is our blender’s selection of Barleywines aged in 16-yr George Dickel casks. Rich caramel, vanilla, and bourbon-like flavors are accented by a touch of orange peel for the signature garnish.

United States - Oregon - American Double/Imperial Stout. This style of beer generally offers a very malt-forward dark body and high alcohol content. These are very dark in appearance and bold in flavors. Occasionally Barrel Aged. Please see package for more information.
