Single malt Scotch, matured in bourbon casks for 18 years and then re-racked into first fill Oloroso sherry casks for an additional 6 months. Notes of coffee and butterscotch give way to dried fruit, cloves and cinnamon. The finish is long, delicately spicy and lingering.
