Scotland – A blended scotch whisky fully matured in ex-oloroso sherry casks for 16 years. Rich on the palate with flavor notes of dried figs, raisons, and caramelized orchard fruits. A long finish with notes of clove and baking spices. A delicious after dinner whisky for all seasons.

Single malt Scotch, matured in bourbon casks for 18 years and then re-racked into first fill Oloroso sherry casks for an additional 6 months. Notes of coffee and butterscotch give way to dried fruit, cloves and cinnamon. The finish is long, delicately spicy and lingering.

Highlands-46%- Aged 10 years this single malt has undergone a secondary maturation in first fill ex-sherry casks. Rich and flavorful, this whisky is complex with flavors of fruitcake, figs, and baking spices. The finish is layered with notes of butterscotch and dried fruit. Gold - SFWSC

Highlands - This single malt has aged for 12 years in ex-bourbon casks for the full term. A deep golden color with floral aromatics and ripe apple notes found on the nose. The palate is filled with flavors of caramel, baked fruit, and finishes with fresh pear. Silver -SFWSC

Scotland - 46% - Aged in American bourbon, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, each barrel leaves its mark—orchard fruits and honeycomb, rich spice and dried fruit, with dark chocolate and fig. The result is a warm, layered Highland malt with depth, sweetness, and lasting elegance

Islay, Scotland - This will not be quite as smoky or salty as whiskies from neighboring distilleries. Dry and fruity the flavor sometimes resembles that of an oaked chardonnay.

Speyside, Scotland - Dark amber in color with aromas of dried fruits, a subtle smokiness and complex palate, with a dry and slightly floral finish. It can be enjoyed neat, with water, ice or a mixer.
