Alexander Murray Scotch

Scotland – A blended scotch whisky fully matured in ex-oloroso sherry casks for 16 years. Rich on the palate with flavor notes of dried figs, raisons, and caramelized orchard fruits. A long finish with notes of clove and baking spices. A delicious after dinner whisky for all seasons.

Single malt Scotch, matured in bourbon casks for 18 years and then re-racked into first fill Oloroso sherry casks for an additional 6 months. Notes of coffee and butterscotch give way to dried fruit, cloves and cinnamon. The finish is long, delicately spicy and lingering.

Scotland - 46% - Aged in American bourbon, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, each barrel leaves its mark—orchard fruits and honeycomb, rich spice and dried fruit, with dark chocolate and fig. The result is a warm, layered Highland malt with depth, sweetness, and lasting elegance

Scotland – A blended Scotch whisky that is aged at least 18 years and fully matured in ex-bourbon casks. Aromas of ripe pear, honey, and sweet toffee are found on the nose. Medium- bodied, the palate is filled with flavor notes of toasted oak and vanilla.

Scotland – Extremely Rare - A single malt aged for over half of a century. Delicate on the mouth, this whisky ascends to a truly complex sipping experience. A long-lasting finish with flavors of coconut, ripe apples, and toasted oak wood. Enjoy it neat or with a couple drops of water.

Scotland – Subtle sherry notes, new leather, caramelized nuts and a hint of peat on the nose. This 7-year expression is a young example of what sherry aging can do to single malt whisky. Smooth with gentle flavors of citrus, spice and black pepper and persistent leather on the finish.

Scotland – Highly Allocated - Aged 39 years this single malt is fruit forward with notes of baked apple, vanilla, and sweet oak aromatics. Medium-bodied on the palate with flavors of creme brulee and stone fruits. A long finish with subtle wisps of smoke.

Scotland- A fine expression of single malt from the Highland region aged 40 years. Filled with aromas of tobacco and wood. Light on the palate and is backed by a pleasant spiced vanilla flavor that lingers for a complex but rounded out finish.

Scotland- Aged in ex-bourbon and sherry casks for 32 years. Malt whisky leads, making for a luxurious texture that coats the mouth with memorable luxury. On the palate the delivery of flavor is big and with hints of spice and dried fruits, finishing with butterscotch, chocolate and oak.

Speyside, Scotland - Dark amber in color with aromas of dried fruits, a subtle smokiness and complex palate, with a dry and slightly floral finish. It can be enjoyed neat, with water, ice or a mixer.

Islay, Scotland - This will not be quite as smoky or salty as whiskies from neighboring distilleries. Dry and fruity the flavor sometimes resembles that of an oaked chardonnay.
