This 100% Pinot Noir Brut Rosé is made by the saignée (literally “bleeding”) and charmat methods. It leaves the wine with a beautiful blush pink color and deep aromatics of strawberry, honeydew, and cherry that proceed through the palate and finish. Pairs well with meat and game.
