Apple Wine

Indiana -The Apple Wine is more like a kicked up apple juice than a fresh pressed cider. The clean apple flavor is great by itself or with a pork dish. Serve it chilled or heat it with spices at your next tailgate party.

Michigan - An iced apple wine made from frozen apples. Aromas and flavors of apple butter, honey, pear, and fresh apple juice. Pairs well with cheese soufflé, apple gouda grilled cheese, and toasted nuts.

Indiana - Cranberries and apples have always had an affinity for each other, which is evident in this beautifully colored wine. The cranberries are the star of this pleasantly tart wine. The Cranberry Apple is great with turkey and ham, as an accompaniment for a sweet dessert.

Colorado- This is a medium-sweet wine with 5 parts Clover honey and 1 part Wildflower honey. The apple flavors are added after the fermentation is completed. This is excellent by itself or mixed in cocktails.

Wisconsin - This semi-sweet wine is very similar to a late harvest riesling. Freshly pressed apple cider and honey are evident and pairs well with sharp cheeses, and spicy foods.

Montana- Mead- Blend of Montana Macintosh apples with Clover honey create a perfect blend of honey sweet and apple tartness. The mead is then finished with just a hint of black walnut that ties all the flavors together in something that can be enjoyed with a variety of foods.

Michigan - Made from the most pure of recipes: fresh pressed cider from estate grown apples & raw honey. Hand harvested and pressed to create the best possible combination of apple flavors for this mead. This cyser pairs deliciously with chicken & turkey dishes on a crisp fall day.

Michigan - Black Dagon Meadery's The Harrow Apple is a semi-dry Mead. This is crisp and fresh tasting with a harmonious balanced of apples and honey. Great to pair with grilled meats and salads.

Mead - The holidays are over, but it doesn't mean you can't still enjoy some delicious pie. Ours is made from fresh apple cider, honey, and pie spices. Perfect after dinner sipper.
