Virginia - American IPA - We use a malt-backboned recipe, but the aroma may range from citrusy and piney to flowery and grassy becasue of hops. This medium-bodied beer is dominated by aroma but, the sweetness of caramel malt balances the hoppy bitterness.

Virginia - American Amber/Red Ale - 8.0% ABV. This batch was aged in bourbon barrels for more than a year, layering bourbon and vanilla notes on top of honey sweetness and ginger spice. This big beer is an amped up version of our seasonal Honey Ginger that only comes out once a year.
