Ardent Ipa

Virginia - American IPA - We use a malt-backboned recipe, but the aroma may range from citrusy and piney to flowery and grassy becasue of hops. This medium-bodied beer is dominated by aroma but, the sweetness of caramel malt balances the hoppy bitterness.
