California- American Pale Ale- Pours a clear light amber color, showing strong hop flavor from American Mosaic & Calypso hops, imparting notes of pungent summer fruit aromas and flavors with hints of pineapple, ripe cantaloupe, basil, cherry blossoms, spruce & grapefruit on a malt base

United States - California - A bright, brilliant brew modeled after Koln-style ales, this beer is lightly hopped with citrusy, floral noble hops and finished off with a touch of Himalayan Sea salt and lime. Perfect for enjoying ashore or out to sea.

California- Kölsch- This beer is brewed at warm temperature with ale yeast, and then lagered at a low temperature like a Pilsner. The addition of 5% wheat adds to a subtle fruity character to balance out the hops.

United States - California - Imperial Sculpin turns up the intensity with a smooth body and a wave of hop bitterness. Bursting with citrus and tropical fruit aromas, this DIPA delivers a powerful blend of grapefruit, pine, and hints of caramel, balanced by its higher alcohol content.

California- American IPA- 7% ABV. 70 IBUs. Brux Trois yeast is used to turn the classic Sculpin IPA into a tropical oasis, with bright and refreshing notes of mango, pineapple and guava in Aloha Sculpin. A slight yeast haze adds to the visual appeal of this juicy IPA.
