California- American Barley Wine- 11+% ABV. A bold Barleywine with massive malt and hop notes. Silver Medal winner at the 2000 Great American Beer Festival in the Barley Wine category. Gold Medal winner at the 2002 World Beer Championships in the Barley Wine Category. Can be cellared.

Poland - American Barley Wine - 12.0% ABV. RA top-fermented beer with a complex taste and aroma in which malty sweetness perfectly harmonizes with a well-marked but smooth bitterness.

United States - Wisconsin - Our 2024 Barley Wine is an expression of our Wisconsin Terroir. All perfectly balanced with the sweetness of selected Wisconsin malt. Savor this very big beer at 45° F and it will reward you with an open embrace.

United States - Minnesota - Crafted using a long boil process that naturally develops sweet caramel notes, it is then aged in whiskey barrels. This aging imparts layers of sweet toffee, rich caramel, and smooth vanilla, making Drops of Time a true reward for our patience.
