United States - Nevada - 55% - Made from two-row unmalted barley, Frey Ranch 100% Barley Whiskey was pot distilled, aged for 4 years and eight months, bottled at 110 proof. The olfactory senses will delight in hints of peanut butter & jelly married with a grain forward sweet pastry.

Oregon- Rye, Barley, Wheat Whiskey is carefully crafted using the finest traditions in distilling. The result is a whiskey which offers unprecedented depth, complexity, and body.

United States - 50% - Distilled from Baronesse barley, known for its exceptional quality & rich, malty flavor. This barley was grown at Joseph’s Grainery in Colfax & malted by LINC Malt. Crafted from 8 casks, all Kelvin Cooperage char #3, matured for just under 3 1/2 years.

Scotland - Islay Barley showcases the phenomenon of “terroir” - the belief that soil, climate, geographic orientation, natural influences and local weather influence the quality and flavour profile of the spirit, making it a unique expression of ‘place’.

Japan - 55.5% - Pot Still W is a single wash still whiskey. Uses 100% domestically grown barley malt. In 2016, Shizuoka has been using domestic barley malt. While domestic malt is more expensive, it produces a delicate and sweet flavor.
