United States - 42% - Meticulous Spirits Barrel Aged Rum is a chef crafted made in Kemah, Texas distillate. Their Texas made rum is aged tropically in ex red wine barrels 120 yards from the water in Kemah, TX. Evocative of Werther's caramel, but drinks dry.

California- 117 West Barrel-Aged Rum is aged for at least six months in used Bourbon and Rye Barrels. The perfect rum to try in a Rum Old Fashioned or Mai Tai. 117 West produces high quality craft spirits that reflect the innovative yet relaxed character of the state of California.

United States - Michigan - 45% - Michigan - Select South American dark rums are aged in American oak barrels for over 5 years before being finished with Spanish Cedar to add richness, depth, and notes of spice. Crafted in Detroit, MI in small batches.

Florida- The Barrel Aged Series is made from 100 percent Grade A non GMO molasses fermented to perfection then double distilled and aged in new oak barrels. Its well rounded and smooth perfect to drink neat, on ice or with a little ginger ale.

Florida- The Dark Barrel Aged Series is made from 100 percent Blackstrap non GMO molasses fermented with character only Blackstrap can give. It is then double distilled and aged in never used oak barrels.
