Barrell Craft Spirits Whiskey

Kentucky- This limited, 16-year-old edition of Seagrass rye whiskey incorporates some of the oldest and rarest stock at Barrell Craft Spirits. Three different blends were constructed; each one finished in its own separate set of barrels. It was bottled at cask strength (130.82 proof).

Kentucky- Seagrass highlights the grassy oceanside notes we love in rye and the opulence and spice of finishing barrels. It is a blend of American and Canadian rye whiskeys, each ingredient finished separately in Martinique Rhum Agricole casks, apricot brandy casks and Madeira barrels.

Kentucky- First released in 2018, Barrell 'BCS' Gray Label Whiskey is back with its second-ever bottling. This 2021 edition is a blend of Canadian whiskies aged a minimum of 24-years-old and finished in Oloroso Sherry and XO Armagnac casks. It is bottled at cask strength (121.64 proof).

United States - Kentucky - 71.35% - Barrell Whiskey Decade Blend is a carefully crafted blend of whiskeys distilled in Canada that range from 1995 to 2005. It is aged stated 20 Yr, but includes whiskey up to 30 years old. Secondary maturation in Spanish Brandy and Hungarian Oak Casks.

Kentucky- Sweet robust aromas of candied raisins and molasses are present along with a hint of anise. The sip opens with cane sugar, molasses, and dark cherries, a pleasing combination of sweet, rich flavors.

United States - Kentucky - 71% - Barrell Triple Rum Cask Finished Whiskey is a blend of Canadian and American whiskies that are aged up to 25 years. The whiskies are then finished with different rum cask from 3 Caribbean nations (St Lucia, Barbados and Jamaica). Hazmat proof of 142.24

Kentucky- Each release of our Private Release Whiskey is a unique blend of Kentucky Whiskey, the oldest being 18-years-old. Once created, these blends are married in single casks, many of which were previously used for other spirits and/or wines.

Kentucky-This limited, 20-year-old edition of Barrell Seagrass is a blend of two unique sets of 100% Canadian Rye barrels-one bright and citrusy, the other earthy. These two sets were then divided into three groups, each given one of three unique cask finishes found on Barrell Seagrass.

United States - Kentucky - 61.9% - This expression is award winning Dovetail (a whiskey finished in California Cabernet, Port, and Rum) reimagined with 33 months of secondary maturation in toasted American Oak. This draws out layers caramelized sugar, spice and rich oak

Canada - 70% - This blend of hand selected whiskey barrels is an exceptional representation of the character and depth of a mature whiskey. After maturing for 33 years in the original barrels the whiskey developed zesty citrus and herbal characteristics.

Kentucky- Infinite Barrel Project is a constantly evolving whiskey that is different with each bottling date. After we remove a portion of the Infinite barrel to bottle, we replace it with mature whiskeys. The result is an ever changing and increasingly complex whiskey.

Kentucky- This drink is a blend of exclusively American single malt whiskeys. They have partnered with small and large producers across the country to select whiskeys that express the full diversity of American terroir and style. The resulting blend is remarkable!

Our limited-edition rye whiskeys showcase unique blends released at cask strength without chill filtration, giving them our signature intensity. With rye, we also enjoy experimenting with distinctive finishes to layer in nuance and completixy.

United States - 70.09% - Barrell BCS Gold Label Dovetail is created with the same blending and finishing method as our award-winning Barrell Dovetail. It incorporates whiskeys aged up to 25 years and the components are left in their finishing casks for longer- resulting in robust blend.

United States - 57.85% - A complex, fruit-forward rye blended using three unique barrel sets: 10-year-old Indiana Rye barrels with brown sugar and some smoke, 5 and 6-year-old barrels with fruit and spice and 14-year-old Canadian barrels with dry herbal notes.

Indiana- 7yr Rye Whiskey distilled in Indiana from Rye and Malted Barley. Intial smores and chocolate notes are solled by spicy hints of cardamom, ginger bread and dried currants. Cinnamon and malt lead a strong, spicy arrival balanced by pops of bright lemon zest and sweet carmel.

Kentucky- Barrell Rye Batch 003 is part of the Award Winning BCS Line. We started with a blend of straight Rye Whiskey from Indiana, Tennessee, Poland, and Canada. Our selection is from 4 to 14 years year old barrels at cask strength. Crafted and bottled in Kentucky at 116.7% proof.

Barrell Whiskey Private Release Oloroso is a blend of Kentucky Whiskeys, the largest component being 18-year-old Kentucky whiskey, finished in an Oloroso Sherry barrel for added complexity.

This is a microblend of whiskies distilled in KY and IN, ranging in age from 4 to 18-years-old. This microblend was created in our lab on a single barrel scale and finished in a Sauternes cask before being bottled at cask strength (123.36 proof

Canada- Distilled in Canada and bottled at cask strength at our distillery in Kentucky. Each single barrel in our program is unique, having been handpicked to highlight the rarity of casks that are exceptional and perfectly balanced on their own. These are the best of the best.
