California- Aromas and flavors of vanilla, cassis, toasted herbs, cherry and cedar create a seductive wine. Full bodied and round, the ample ripeness of the wine is balanced by great acidity, making the wine approachable.

California- Syrah Purisima Mountain Vineyard is dark, powerful and authoritative, within the mid-weight personality of the vintage. Black cherry, blackberry, graphite, spice and leather are all nicely pushed forward. Pairs well with rack of lamb or steak au poivre.
