Bj's Ale

Arizona- American Strong Ale- 7.3% ABV. Silver Medal winner in Strong Ales at the 1996 Great American Beer Festival. This strong ale is brewed with a secret blend of five imported specialty malts. Not too hoppy in order to emphasize the complex malt flavor and fruity aroma.

Arizona- American Pale Ale. This style of beer generally offers hop-forward flavors and aromas with less hop bitterness than an American IPA. Use of different hops offer different flavors and aromas.

Washington- American India Pale Ale (IPA)- 6.5% ABV. Pours hazy copper in color Aromas of pine and touches of tropical fruits amidst a caramel malt backbone. Balanced flavors of sweet malts and piney, citrusy hop bitterness. A very drinkable IPA.

Washington- American Amber/Red Ale- "A great everyday beer that's smooth and not too hoppy or bitter. Easy drinking and fresh tasting, fairly low in alcohol but full of delicious malty flavor."

Texas - Kolsch- A light and refreshing pale beer in the style of a German Kolsch. Slightly malty with delicate hopping to balance. Well-conditioned for exceptional smoothness, and incredibly drinkable at 4.7% ABV. Pairs well with poultry and seafood.

California - American Double/ Imperial IPA - 8.6% ABV. A robust IPA with smooth drinkability, Committed Double IPA has a pronounced hop (Columbus, Crystal, Simcoe, Cascade) character with fruity, earthy notes.
