Bermuda - 40% - Bermuda- A rich dark rum with full and intricate flavors, it is well balanced and nuanced with butterscotch, vanilla and caramel notes. Fragrant, with herbal sharpness, and unusually complex.

New York- This full-bodied rum is matured in a wooden oak cask for four years. It is produced entirely in traditional pot distills and made from caramelized sugar or molasses. Our rum is aged longer, in heavily charred barrels, giving it a much stronger flavor and taste than light rum.

Peru- Intense dark copper color with smooth and delicate aromas of oak. Subtle aromas of green foliage marked with a floral character. Intense yet playful notes of sweet caramel, molasses, creamy vanilla, fruit, spices, light apple and coffee. On the palate it is a sweet with smoke.
