Boon Ale

Belgium - Boon Millesime has an intense, wine-like aroma with hints of ripe fruit, oak and vanilla. Schaarbeek cherries provide a soft, round aftertaste and bring a delicate aroma to the lambic. Aged 6 months in Oak casks, this Belgian cherry-based beer is world class

Belgium- Gueuze Lambic - 8.0% ABV. Traditional Oude Geuze. Full bodied, complex and has a few smokey and spicy touches. Oak Cask, used by red wine makers in France's Rhone Valley.

Belgium- Gueuze Lambic- 8.0% ABV. The very wine-like accents in this Old Geuze are combined with a clear 'old beer' character, which ensures a sturdy and robust taste with undeniable but not overwhelming volatile acids.

North Carolina- American Blonde Ale- 4.7%ABV. Gold Medal GABF 2017. Brewed with orange zest to add additional citrus notes to complement the light hop aroma. The clean and crisp mouthfeel is followed by just a hint of sweetness from local North Carolina wildflower honey.

Colorado- Lambic-Fruit- 8% ABV. New Belgium & Brewerij Boon, Belgium collaboration. This authentic Kriek began life in oak vessels at Frank Boon's brewery. Shipped after two+ years aging to New Belgium and blended with a full-bodied golden lager. Cherry nose. Sour flash. Sweet finish.

Missouri- American Pale Wheat Ale- 6.0% ABV. Breed with 36 lbs of local honey from Boone Famme Honey Farm. This unfiltered ale is our first all organic offering. Subtle nots of herbs in the aroma because of the bees pollen.

Missouri- Brown Porter- 4.5% ABV. A rich brown porter with a smooth, velvety finish. Leaves behind notes of dark chocolate and roasted coffee with a full bodied caramel backdrop.

Wisconsin- Berliner Weissbier- 9.3% ABV. This sour is reminscent of frozen limeade in the summer. Sweet up front with a tart finish leaving you wanting another sip. Cheers to you!
