Brands Of Dark Rum

Bermuda- A higher proof version of Gosling's Black Seal rum. A rich rum with full and intricate flavor, well balanced and nuanced with butterscotch, vanilla and caramel. Fragrant with herbal sharpness with an unusually complex.

USA- Inspired by Ernest Hemingway, this rum is sourced from hand-selected rums spanning the Caribbean, U.S. & Central America, it is solera blended in American Oak barrels, Port Wine casks, and Spanish Oloroso Sherry casks. Complex & bold flavor with a long finish.

US Virgin Islands- An exquisite blend of rums aged 2-4 years in charred oak casks, Cruzan Aged Dark Rum delivers a smooth, medium-bodied, aromatic taste with every slow sip.

Jamaica - 40% - Jamaica- Mahogany and charred wood aromas lead into a thick entry. Mildly sweet, with a moderately full-bodied palate and hints of dark caramel and toasted coconut husks. Makes a fine mixer.

Nevada- This rum highlights notes of German honey butter, vanilla, and brown sugar with hints of vegetal earthiness. The earthy notes come from the raw plantation cane sugar used in production. This spirit is great to serve with coffee and cream.

Barbados- A blend of aged rum matured in used whisky and bourbon barrels. Deep amber in color with sweet, but complex with flavors of clove, oak and cinnamon. Makes for an excellent sipping rum.

Hawaii- The rum is gentle and brings forward initial flavors of vanilla, dark molasses, and sweet caramel. A layer of hotter spices lies underneath and warms the mouth. In particular, there is an accent of cloves which brings about a certain depth of flavor.
