Brewery Bhavana Ale

United States - North Carolina - The Belgian Strong Ale (or, more commonly, the “quadrupel”) is high in alcohol and malt richness. Ours begins with cherrywood-smoked malt, which cuts the beer’s traditional sweetness to unearth notes of plum, raisin and dates.

North Carolina - American Double/ Imperial IPA - 8.0% ABV. Brewed with a profusion of hops. Grove will take you on a long walk through a citrus orchard, dripping with clementine, graepfruit, and peaches. Its restrained upfront bitterness, pith and peel, opens its juicy, tropical flavors

North Carolina - Saison/ Farmhouse Ale - 6.6% ABV. Born as our Till saison, this sharp and effervescent ale was aged in single-use white wine barrels to mimic the flavors of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. The barrels enhance its tangy tropical overtones, adding layers of wood and grass.

North Carolina - Saison/ Farmhouse Ale - 6.4% ABV. A subtle homage to Indian street food, this crisp, dry farmhouse ale defies the typical sweetness of fruit beers. Dried mango, added in fermentation, lends a tropical character to balance it's bright spice.

North Carolina - American Blonde Ale - 4.2% ABV. Bright and crisp, this ultra light beer is hopped with a single variety: the beloved Czech Saaz. You'll find it only slightly bitter with a mild, earthy flavor and faintly herbal nose.

North Carolina - American IPA - 7.0% ABV. One of the world's most prized varieties, Galaxy hops lend a bright, vivacious, citrusy flavor to every beer they touch. The resulting beer is first juicy, then bitter, with a clean, dry finish.

United States - North Carolina - This bright and effervescent biere de champagne slow-fermented for nearly eight months. Blended with our house sour culture, it has big, joyful bubbles, a mischievous spirit, and quiet tones of peach, pear, and citrus.

United States - North Carolina - A West Coast IPA fermented cool for a clean, clear, and crisp finish. Amarillo, Citra, and Idaho 7 hops shine brightly. Portions of the proceeds support brain cancer research through "StacheStrong".

North Carolina- American Double/Imperial Stout. This style of beer generally offers a very malt-forward dark body and high alcohol content. These are very dark in appearance and bold in flavors. Occasionally Barrel Aged. Please see package for more information.

North Carolina - American Stout - 6.4% ABV. The chocolate character in this complex stout comes entirely from black patent and chocolate malts. Unusually dry and fruity for the style, it pairs the earthy, peppery flavor of rye with the deep, dark flavors of fruit.
