Broken Barrel Bourbon

United States - Every few months Broken Barrel releases a unique project from its distillery and headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles. Each release is wildly different from the last, with varying Oak Bills™ and crossing all categories of whiskey.

United States - 57.5% - Broken Barrel Bourbon uses new French & American oak staves and unique finishing casks to create a rich, complex and multi-layered spirit. This Total Wine barrel pick is finished in Peach Brandy casks, adding bright, fruity notes to this unique bourbon.

Nevada- The boldest bourbon yet. It features uncut, unapologetically loud, and fiery flavor. Each batch is perfected with the original Oak Bill, infused exclusively for select retailers.

Kentucky- Gold Medal winner at the San Francisco World Competition. Aged in 80% Cabernet Sauvignon Cask staves and 20% French Oak, produced in Kentucky. Caramel body and balanced taste with persimmons and cranberry essence.

Nevada- Infuse Broken Barrel Bourbon features a unique blend of corn, rye, & barely, perfectly balanced for a smoother spirit to infuse. Batches incorporate French Oak, American Oak, & Oloroso Sherry cask staves. Rich, complex, layered & beautiful, this bourbon goes where others won't.

Kentucky - Infuse Spirits' Broken Barrel Bourbon incorporates the use of new French and American oak staves, then is finished in ex-Sherry casks. This process provides a rich, layered body and beautifully lush finish.
