Broken Barrel Whiskey

United States - 50% - The fifth flagship expression in Broken Barrel’s portfolio, this whiskey blends 4 Yr corn whiskey with younger bourbon. The blend is placed into a tank, with an “Oak Bill" of 40% charred American oak, 40% toasted American oak, and 20% American apple brandy casks.

Kentucky- Charred French oak, ex-bourbon staves, & sherry casks join forces to create a balanced & smooth taste for this fiery rye. Just like their bourbon, they proudly infuse this whiskey their way...and they are not sorry. Call it sacrilegious, call it untraditional, call it Heresy!

United States - 57.5% - Broken Barrel Bourbon uses new French & American oak staves and unique finishing casks to create a rich, complex and multi-layered spirit. This Total Wine barrel pick is finished in Peach Brandy casks, adding bright, fruity notes to this unique bourbon.

United States - 54% - This balanced blend of American single malt & wheat whiskeys is aged at least 2.5 years and finished with peated Islay cask and Spanish sherry staves. Rich flavor and viscous mouthfeel with notes of chocolate, sour cherry and raspberry.

Kentucky- Gold Medal winner at the San Francisco World Competition. Aged in 80% Cabernet Sauvignon Cask staves and 20% French Oak, produced in Kentucky. Caramel body and balanced taste with persimmons and cranberry essence.

Nevada- Infuse Broken Barrel Bourbon features a unique blend of corn, rye, & barely, perfectly balanced for a smoother spirit to infuse. Batches incorporate French Oak, American Oak, & Oloroso Sherry cask staves. Rich, complex, layered & beautiful, this bourbon goes where others won't.

Kentucky - Infuse Spirits' Broken Barrel Bourbon incorporates the use of new French and American oak staves, then is finished in ex-Sherry casks. This process provides a rich, layered body and beautifully lush finish.

United States - Tennessee - 35% - Broken Antler Blackberry flavored whiskey has a lush blackberry richness balanced with mellow whiskey heat. Sweet dark fruit meets classic barrel character for a smooth, dangerously sippable pour.

Tennessee - Breaking with tradition, this Straight Rye Whiskey is finished in toasted oak cigar barrels, 3 year air-dried in the low-lying mountainous region of Vosges, France. This proprietary finishing process results in a smoother, more approachable rye with notes of orange peel.

New Jersey- Dam Break Rye is an excellent traditional spirit distilled from locally sourced grain. This rye is aged to optimum maturity in oak-charred barrels to create a fresh, crisp and flavorful combination of sweet caramel, vanilla and honey with a great peppery pop on the finish.

United States - New York - Hudson Rye Whiskey 7 Yr Calvados Cask is aged in new American oak barrels before finishing in Calvados apple brandy casks, creating a buttery blend of vanilla, citrus and corn break on the nose with notes of cashew butter and caramel on the palate.
