Brueprint Ale

North Carolina- Hefeweizen- 5.6% ABV. A style that dates back to Bavarian royalty, our unfiltered wheat is true to style with a bready character, low hop rates, and flavors full of banana and clove from the German yeast. Best consumed fresh and with a gentle rousing of the yeast.

North Carolina- Scotch Ale/Wee Heavy- 8.2% ABV. All the flavors of fall blended with our classic Edinbrue Scotch ale - pumpkin, vanilla, and cinnamon balanced by malt, oak, and smoke.

North Carolina- Gose- 4.5% ABV. You put the lime in the coconut, you drank them both up. We took it a step further and put the lime and the coconut into our standard sour base - resulting in a tart tropical treat with bright flavors of lime, coconut, lemon and grapefruit.
