Cab Red Wine

California - California- Aromas of black cherry, blackberry, cassis and vanilla, with evident spice from oak and a hint of herbs. Tasting delivers ripe blackberry, mocha, toffee and vanilla. Medium-to-firm tannins.

Mendoza, Argentina - This is a concentrated Cab Franc with flavors of ripe black fruits. The bouquet boasts aromas of raspberries with notes of vanilla and cocoa. Pair this complex red with braised meats and hard cheese.

Three Lakes, Wisconsin - This blend of blackberry with Cabernet Sauvignon resulted in a delicious wine. Pair with various poultry, or other meats as well as red pasta dishes.

Napa- The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve Louis Bovet comes from Rutherford and...it has gorgeous chocolaty black fruit, tobacco, loamy earth, and graphite notes as well as medium to full-bodied richness and depth on the palate...and it has plenty of mid-palate depth and a big finish.

Napa-From Jeremey Nickel's estate property which was part of original Far Niente vineyards. Full bodied...solid currant and cassis fruits, notes of dark chocolate and roasted herbs, a dense mid-palate and a great finish. Winemaker: Philippe Melka.

Texas- The Granite Reserve is a yummy blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (85%) and Merlot (15%). This medium-bodied Cabernet is loaded with cherry and dark berry fruit flavors with soft tannins and nice acidity.

Washington- Robust, yet smooth with plenty of fresh, earthy cocoa and coffee flavors wrapped around a core of black fruit with the slightest hint of green tea in the background.

Australia- The perfect blend is something we are always looking for from our local winemaker and this may be just that! It consists of intense mocha, fruit cake and stewed plum characters. The palate lingers with ripe jammy fruits and delicate tannins. A combo of Cabernet and coffee.

Long Island, New York- Crisp, medium-bodied, elegant wine with a very pale slamon hue. It is light and etheral with beautiful floral notes, rasberry, watermelon and currant. Pairs well with shellfish, raw bar, flounder, sushi, fresh cheeses and sushi.

Napa, California - Full-bodied, the palate possesses great elegance with wonderful notes of red fruit and black cherry. 100% Oakville nested appellation fruit, estate grown in Martin Stelling Vineyard. Aging in 100% new and once-used French oak barrels.

Finger Lakes, New York- Accents of vanilla, spice and coconut waft boldly from nose to finish on this lavishly oaked wine. There's plenty of concentrated red-cherry-preserve flavor on the palate too though, tinged by savory touches of herb and bramble. It's rich and full-bodied.

Napa, California - Originally planted in 1862, these were the first hillside vineyards planted in Npaa Valley. Hand harvested, averaging two tons per acre and produced at the Davies winery in St. Helena. Elegant, Red Fruit, Floral, Medium Bodied.

Colorado- This Cabernet Franc has subtle violet and plum aromas. With fruit and spice covering the palate, this wine flirts between the robust and the elegant. A hugely versatile offering which will pair with everything from a taco, to a beautiful rack of lamb.

Horse Heaven Hills, Columbia Valley, WA- Medium to full-bodied, the palate is clean and correct, with flavors of dusty cassis and dark cherry skin before firming up with gripping tannins that linger through the mid-palate.

Napa Valley, California-"Named for a Loire clone, this New World wine achieves an Old World sensibility with its floral invitation and bright, peppery overtones. Coiled within its thickness of tannin and dense cherry are ethereal, earthy whispers of intrigue and acidity. Lively wine."

Napa, CA- "The Le Gauchiste, a combinaton of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, has a nose of dark fruites, plus hints of vanilla. The taste follows the nose with raspberry and blackberry, supported with a well-rounded tannin structure, with an extended finish.

Loire, France - Fresh and vibrant, it opens with black berry and morello cherry scents woven with graphite, rosemary, and leather. On the palate, it’s silky and translucent, offering fleshy red and black fruits with firm structure and a graceful floral finish. Silky yet bright.
