Mexico - 40% - Aroma sweet cooked agave, deep & savory notes of dried apricots, peaches, plum layered w/ hints of dark chocolate. Palate sweet cooked agave beautifully layered with both bright notes of tangerine citrus.

Mexico- As the basis for all CABAL expressions, with a rest time of zero, their Blanco is the purest form of tequila. Using local and naturally sourced water, a 5 tank and twice distilled process yields a bright and unparalleled sipping tequila. Sweet agave and vanilla shine through.

Mexico - 40% - This Reposado is stored in single use premium bourbon casks for 6 months. Notes of agave, sweet plantain, and subtle nuttiness, highlights the exquisite quality of this rested and well-rounded tequila.

Mexico - 40% - Organic Blanco AF, purest product of carefully raised blue weber agave. Local/naturally sourced water and partial natural yeast. 'bright and unparalleled sipping tequila. Naturally sweet agave and vanilla shine through on both the nose and palate.

Mexico - Extra anejo tequila must be aged a minimum of three years in oak barrels. That is nothing for whiskey, but it is too long for a lot of tequila fans. For an aged product, extra anejo (XA) is a relatively new category, only established in 2006.
