Highlands, Scotland- On the nose, meaty, candle smoke, and a bit of a beast. The palate exhibits strawberry jam, wine gums, and caramelized sugar. The finish extends to distant smoke and ember cloves.

Speyside, Scotland- On the nose is honey, ripe bananas, nutmeg and figs. It endters with flavors of ginger and spicy notes from the madeira cask. It finishes with fruit and nut milk chocolate

Speyside, Scotland- The nose is full of cherry, christmas cake, and orange liqueur. The palate exhibits tobacco, fruit loaves, and dates. The finish is aniseed, cinnamon, and sugary.

Scotland - Speyside - 46.000% - This Speyside whisky has notes of light fruit and an oily texture. There is a slight hint of citrus that grows progressively throughout the palate. The finish is hoppy with a little nuttiness.

Scotland - 46.00% - This Glencadam bottling from the Highland region is made up from a vatting of Oloroso sherry matured since 2021 and bourbon casks. This interesting cask combination makes for a bold dram with an abundance of flavour.

Islay, Scotland- The nose includes maritime notes, burnt orange, and granite. The palate exhibits peat, smoke, and zest. The finish is creamy, with notes of lemon meringue, wet smoke, and biscuits.

Speyside, Scotland- On the nose, orange marmalade, lemon sherbet, and brown toast. The taste is of dried fruits, malted rye bread, and stocky toffee pudding. Finishing with creme brulee, golden raisins, fruit and nut chocolate.

Highlands, Scotland - Fresh and floral with apple slices, walnuts and growing citrus notes with syrupy orange notes. Grape fruit, passion fruit with hints of spice becoming more orangey with cloves and faint nuttiness. Soft oaken gives way to sweet velvety citrus notes on the finish.

Speyside, Scotland- A velvety nature gives this dram a luxurious mouth feel. It exhibits lots of tropical fruits, herbs, and lemon sherbet before finishing with a slight spicy and nutty note

Scotland - 46.00% - This light and buttery Speyside whisky has been matured in 100% sauternes from 2020. This leaves a very interesting impression on the spirit. This bottling from Benriach Distillery is one that will be enjoyed by many.
