Islay, Scotland- This unpeated, limited edition, natural cask strength Caol Ila has been aged in first fill bourbon casks to bring out its sweet spiciness. As clean and fresh as the pale sky that follows the clearing rain, its intense flavors dance boldly across the tongue like waves.

Scotland, Islay- 43%- From Caol Ila, aged 13 years. Classic Islay aromas. The palate is bursting with flavors of tropical fruit, icing sugar with touches of malt and lemon peel to balance the sweetness. Long and soft finish with toasted marshmallows over bonfire embers. Best neat.

Scotland - 57% - he 'The Un-Chillfiltered Collection' of Signatory Vintage contains only whiskies which are bottled at 57% by volume and are not chill-filtered. This whisky matures for nine years in hogsheads and is bottled with its natural coloring.

Islay-51.9%- A single malt aged for 15 years in American oak, ex-bourbon casks. The nose is creamy with aromas of salt and lemon. Medium-bodied the palate is complex with gentle flavors of peat smoke and sea brine. Enjoy it neat or with a couple drops of water.

Islay, Scotland- The nose includes maritime notes, burnt orange, and granite. The palate exhibits peat, smoke, and zest. The finish is creamy, with notes of lemon meringue, wet smoke, and biscuits.

Scotland- Aromas of Medjool date, cured meat, vanilla fudge, red apples. Palate of Stewed red berries, demerara sugar, lemon, smoke leads to milk chocolate, and soft black pepper. Medium finish of lingering citrus peel and bonfire embers. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water.
