Islay, Scotland- This unpeated, limited edition, natural cask strength Caol Ila has been aged in first fill bourbon casks to bring out its sweet spiciness. As clean and fresh as the pale sky that follows the clearing rain, its intense flavors dance boldly across the tongue like waves.

Scotland - Rich aromas of red apple and raspberry with sweet smoke lead to flavors of stewed sultanas and zesty Seville orange marmalade. A medium-bodied finish lingers with toasted oak and warming black pepper

Scotland - 57% - Caol Ila was founded to the North of Islay in 1846 by Hector Henderson. The whisky distillery was sold to Norman Buchanan in 1852 and then Distillers Company Ltd acquired Caol Ila and the distillery was transferred to Scottish Malt Distillers.

Scotland- Classic Caol Ila with a bit of extra iodine influence. Pork fat and sizzling bacon. Menthol or mint. Burnt cannabis. Mildly smoky with a rich, peaty profile. On the finish, notes of bittersweet chocolate, kelp, coast. Wispy, light smoke. 60.4% ABV

Scotland, Islay- 43%- From Caol Ila, aged 13 years. Classic Islay aromas. The palate is bursting with flavors of tropical fruit, icing sugar with touches of malt and lemon peel to balance the sweetness. Long and soft finish with toasted marshmallows over bonfire embers. Best neat.

Scotland - Islay & Islands - 58.2% - Aged 15 years in Oloroso Sherry casks, resulting in a beautiful mahogany color. On the nose, moderate smoke, licorice and sandalwood. Creamy, round mouthfeel with caramel and chocolate notes. Finish is warm, woody and spicy.

Scotland - Islay & Islands - 59% - The ImpEx Collection 2010 13 yo Caol Ila Cask 302281 59% abv (HHD. Nose: Sweet and earthy. Palate: Sea spray and smoke give way to raisins and charcoal. Finish: Finish is long and peppery finishing with a touch of menthol.

Islay – 49.4% - Aged for 31 years this single malt matured in American Hogshead casks. Aromas of sweet baked apples and dried tobacco fill the nose. Full on the palate with flavor notes of malted cereal, bonfire embers, and subtle mint. A short finish of soft smoke and liquorice.

Scotland- Aromas of Medjool date, cured meat, vanilla fudge, red apples. Palate of Stewed red berries, demerara sugar, lemon, smoke leads to milk chocolate, and soft black pepper. Medium finish of lingering citrus peel and bonfire embers. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water.

Scotland- Aromas of cured meats infuse with apple, cinnamon, nuts, vanilla, strawberry licorice, and smoke. Palate of raspberry, orange peel, milk chocolate, marzipan and oak. Full and round finish, smoky with lingering dried banana. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water.
