Caramel Ale

California- American Amber/Red Ale- 5.3% ABV. A well balanced, full flavored, amber ale. It has a rich, malty body with a pleasant caramel character derived from specialty Aromatic and Melonoidin malts. A complex hop aroma, with a hint of floral and citrus.

Tennessee- American Brown Ale- 5.5% ABV. A clean and dry finishing American style Brown Ale. Chocolate, caramel, and Ashburne Mild specialty malts. Also, with Crystal and Northern Brewer hops.

Colorado- Old Ale- 8.1% ABV. This winter seasonal is brewed in July and cellared until late October, achieving a malty richness, complex hop profile and hearty warming character. Released in early November, it's only available for 6 weeks.

California- American Amber/Red Ale- 5.9% ABV. Toasty malt character with hints of caramel, this Amber ale has the perfect balance of hops and malt A refreshing and flavorful beer any time of year.

Florida- American Amber/Red Ale- 5.3% ABV. This amber ale contains a juicy orange sweetness that is quickly followed by malty caramel notes with a restrained hop bitterness. Enjoy!

United States - Vermont - A VT staple. This unfiltered English Ale is a medium to full-bodied ale with pronounced caramel and toffee notes,followed by a roasted finish.A moderate hop bitterness is derived from generous kettle additions of Mt.Hood and Northern Brewer Hops

WI - American Amber/Red Ale - 6.5% ABV. Our take on the classic American Amber style. This red ale has a beautiful color given by the various caramel malts which also contribute a nice sweetness. All-American hops add light flavors of orange zest to the beer. Sweet-Fresh-Rustic-Hoppy.

Arizona- American Amber/Red Ale- 5.4% ABV. Medium bodied American amber ale with toasted and sweet caramel notes that are balanced with herbal and citrus hop aromas. Proudly brewed in Eloy, AZ.

Virginia- Old Ale- 7.0% ABV. Pours a clear copper/red color with a beige head. The aroma is malty & sweet with notes of caramel, brown sugar, dark fruit, festive spices & herbal hops. The taste features caramel & toasted malts alongside raisins, cherries, chocolate & light spices.

Michigan- Scotch Ale/Wee Heavy- 9.75% ABV. Silver Medal 2007 GABF. Pours reddish brown. "Aromas of fresh caramel apple with a hint of cinnamon inside of cranberry shortbread. Flavors of smokey chocolate chip cookie, wild roadside cherry-asparagus, and woody, crispy leaf on a fall day."

United States - California - Our Old Ale is malt complexity at its finest! 7 different malts are used to create a myriad of toasted bread, caramel, and dark fruit flavors. We also use a hefty dose of molasses to round it out.
