St. Lucia - 0% - Chairman's Reserve Forgotten Casks is an extra-aged sipping rum crafted to mimic rum found in the original forgotten casks, preserved from a horrific fire at St Lucia Distillers in 2007. A blend of Coffey and pot still rums aged 6-11 years

St. Lucia- Contains cinnamon. clove, nutmeg, vanilla, and coconut. Also added is "Bois Bande" which is a bark known as an aphrodisiac. Aged in KY bourbon barrels for 1 year. Best served in a cocktail.

St. Lucia - 40% - Gold, dark brown amber color. The pot still richness comes through on the nose with sweet honeyed fruit and spicy vanilla from the oak. The palate is balanced with a mellow but complex mix of ripe raisin, fruit, tobacco, and spice. A long, enjoyable finish!
