Cascade Brewing Ale

Oregon- American Wild Ale- 7.6% ABV. BARREL AGED. Based on a blend of sour blonde ales, this beer went through 9 months lactic fermentation and aging in oak wine barrels. The apricots were allowed to slowly ripen before introduction into the beer; the beer then aged another six months.

United States - Oregon - Petite Cranberry features our sour wheat and blond ales aged in oak barrels and foudres for 10 months with Pacific Northwest grown cranberries. After delicate infusions of orange peel and cinnamon cranberry fruit and soft spice notes

Oregon- Specialty Beer - 9.8% ABV. Cocoa Cardamom is a blend of sour blond ales aged in oak wine barrels and foudres for up to two years followed by late infusions of Dutch cocoa powder, cardamom seeds and fresh orange zest.

Oregon- Flanders Red Ale- 7.9% ABV. SOUR ALE. A red ale refermented with a sweet blend of fresh whole Northwest cherries. Aged more than six months in small French oak wine barrels for lactic fermentation before being hand-bottled. Blood red Bing cherries impart rich currant flavors.

Oregon - American Wild Ale - 7.7% ABV. Based on a collaboration recipe originally designed with our friends at Bruery Terreux, the 2017 One Way Or Another combines whole, Northwest-grown marionberries and Meyer lemon zest with sour blond ale aged in oak barrels for up to 16 months.

Oregon- American Blonde Ale- 7.1% ABV. La Rita Loca is our sour blond & wheat ales aged in tequila barrels & oak wine barrels for up to a year with lime zest, Oregon coast sea salt & ground coriander. In the midst of this crazy life unwind with the margarita inspired La Rita Loca.

Oregon- Gose- 5.3% ABV. A Gose-style ale aged in oak barrels for up to 10 months before infusing with roselle hibiscus, fresh Meyer lemon zest, ground coriander and Oregon coast sea salt.

Oregon- American Pale Ale. This style of beer generally offers hop-forward flavors and aromas with less hop bitterness than an American IPA. Use of different hops offer different flavors and aromas.

Oregon- Berliner Weissbier- 6.2% ABV. Blue Verbena features a sour golden ale aged in oak foudres for up to 10 months then infused with Northwest grown blueberries and lemon verbena.

Oregon- Gose- 5.5% ABV. This sour wheat ale was aged in oak barrels for up to 10 months before infusing with hand-zested grapefruit peel, locally-sourced fresh basil, ground coriander and Oregon coast sea salt.

Oregon - Gose - 7.3% ABV. This interpretation of the historic gose beer features sour wheat ales aged in oak barrels with ground coriander seed and sea salt harvested from Oregon's coastal waters.
