Catskill Whiskey

NY - New York Honey is our handcrafted rye infused with late-summer honey produced in the Northwest Catskill Mountains. It makes for a smooth, wonderfully complex spirit with rich notes of toffee, vanilla and smoky spice. With a hint of mellow sweetness that rounds out the edges.

New York- On the palate, caramel, vanilla, creme brulee, brown sugar, nougat, ripe banana coconut, dried dark fruits, and cinnamon notes mingle for rich and complex flavor. The finish is exceptionally smooth.

Catskills, New York - A masterpiece from Lincoln Henderson, produced from 80% Buckwheat and 20% small grains. Aromas of wood chips, soil and buckwheat with a hint of vanilla. Dry and leathery in the mouth with smoky flavors of roasted barley and cedar.

New York- Distilled with pure Catskill Mountain water and the finest locally grown red winter wheat. Aged in new charred oak barrels. Gentle taste of pear, apple, and vanilla with a burst of spice and dark chocolate on the finish.
