Central State Ale

Wisconsin - American Blonde Ale - 4.5% ABV. Made using real Wisconsin honey, our Honey Blonde is a traditional cream ale featuring a breezy floral bouquet, subtle sweetness, and crisp, clean finish.

WI - American Amber/Red Ale - 5.0% ABV. Its mellow malty flavor and subtle flowery nose, Ouisconsing Red gets its name from the Algonquin word for the Wisconsin River(or "Red Stone River"). Featuring a range of caramel malts for mild biscuit- sweetness and a warm, rich mahogany color.

Wisconsin- Scotch Ale/Wee Heavy- The ABV is a bit of a mystery, but this is one tasty, strong Scotch Ale. Pours a dark mahogany color. Inviting aromas of dark fruit and caramel mingle with bourbon and oak. Complex flavors evoke mocha, tobacco, leather, raisin, and oaky bourbon.

United States - California - Not your innocent childhood juice box at 7% ABV. This beer is cranked to 11 with new age haze and fruity hops. Bold aromas of pineapple, cantaloupe, pink starburst, and passionfruit while flavors and mouthfeel are soft, silky, and bittersweet.
