Chandeleur Ale

Mississippi- American Wild Ale- 6.0% ABV. This beer started off as a golden ale soured with our house culture. We added copious amounts of guava puree to the tanks, giving the beer flavors of pear, banana, and pineapple.

Mississippi - American Wild Ale - 6.0% ABV.This sour is brewed with a clean lactic acid fermentation. The addition of tangerine juice in fermentation brings out the tart while keeping the beer dry and refreshing.

Mississippi- Saison/Farmhouse Ale- 6.0% ABV. Brewed with fruit flavors, a pleasant hint of tart, and just a little bit of sweet to balance it out. Brewed with passion fruit and mangoes, this sour ale is both sweet and tart.

Mississippi- American Wild Ale- 6.5% ABV. This brew begins as a brown ale soured with our house culture. Ginger is added, bringing a warmth to the beer that's complemented by raspberries added during fermentation.
