Tennessee- Bottled in Bond is a single-season, vintage-dated expression of the Tennessee High Malt style. Each vintage is crafted from a wide selection of unique bourbon mash bills - all made within the same distilling season - and each composed of at least 25% specialty malted grains.

United States - 55.5% - Chattanooga Whiskey Barrel Finishing Series- Triple Islay-111 Proof. A blend of 3 peated whiskeys made with 3 unique peated malts finished in Islay scotch barrels from 3 different distilleries.

Tennessee- Formulated by their founder, this is a blend of 3 whiskey recipes distilled in both Chattanooga, TN and Lawrenceburg, IN. The combination of traditional & innovative mash bills expresses a delicate balance between two styles of bourbon.

United States - Georgia - 47.5% - For their seventh finish, their distillers turned to America's Upper Midwest, this time selecting late harvest maple syrup casks in Grand Rapids, MI. Michigan maple syrup is prized by enthusiasts for its small batch, kettle-cooked depth and complexity

United States - 47.5% - Russian River Valley of Sonoma County. Known for its foggy, cool, coastal climate, this small growing region of the north coast yields wines with vibrant fruit and subtle spice characteristics – boasting notes of cherry, berry, and kola nut.

Tennessee- Limited Edition release finished for 6+ months Tawny Port cask. This is a celebration of a Tennessee high malt with the finish of rich caramel-sweet fruit from the Tawny Port Barrel. Tasting notes are of casis, fig jam, blackberries, chocolate syrup, toasted oak and raisins.
