Missouri- American Strong Ale- 9.1% ABV. Pours a hazy orange/copper color. Aroma consists of roasted chocolaty malts with hints of banana, raisins, citrusy hops & Belgian yeast. Tastes of toasted malts, milk chocolate, Belgian yeast, bananas & cherries. A sweet taste with a dry finish!

California- American Imperial Porter. This style of beer generally offers a dark malt-forward body with flavor and aroma of caramel and chocolate with balanced hop presence. Relatively high alcohol content is to be expected.

Virginia- Old Ale- 7.0% ABV. Pours a clear copper/red color with a beige head. The aroma is malty & sweet with notes of caramel, brown sugar, dark fruit, festive spices & herbal hops. The taste features caramel & toasted malts alongside raisins, cherries, chocolate & light spices.

Ohio- Scotch Ale/Wee Heavy- 12% ABV. Pours murky brown with a thin beige head. Bourbon, molasses, wood smoke, and vanilla fill the nose, leading to a palatal explosion of caramel, chocolate, cherries, smoke and whiskey. Culminates in delightfully soft, smooth vanilla. Masterful!

Michigan- Scotch Ale/Wee Heavy- 9.75% ABV. Silver Medal 2007 GABF. Pours reddish brown. "Aromas of fresh caramel apple with a hint of cinnamon inside of cranberry shortbread. Flavors of smokey chocolate chip cookie, wild roadside cherry-asparagus, and woody, crispy leaf on a fall day."

Virginia- Irish Red Ale- 5.6% ABV. Red Molly starts with a foundation of Irish Ale malt. Cherry notes and a slight sweetness come from Crystal and Munich malts, with a touch of chocolate wheat. Clean bitterness from mild British hops results in a flavorful pint.
