Mexico- "...Subtle bouquet is lightly peppery and mildly herbal; aeration releases aromas of fennel, green onion, Sherry and oak resin. Palate entry is oily/creamy and moderately sweet; midpalate shows green vegetable, Sherry/honey, and herbal agave flavors. Finishes sweetly."

Mexico- The first sniffings find very delicate scents of dill, sage, and olive brine; in later whiffs a fine creaminess is discerned. The palate entry is crisply astringent and vegetal; at midpalate there is a butteriness bordering on toffee/caramel. Ends up clean. Great for mixing.

Mexico- The initial nosings discover interesting scents of chalk/slate, green vegetable, and grass... The palate entry is pleasantly peppery and off-dry; by midpalate the astringent vegetal taste is underpinned by a satiny texture. Concludes lean and peppery.
