Missouri- American Strong Ale- 9.1% ABV. Pours a hazy orange/copper color. Aroma consists of roasted chocolaty malts with hints of banana, raisins, citrusy hops & Belgian yeast. Tastes of toasted malts, milk chocolate, Belgian yeast, bananas & cherries. A sweet taste with a dry finish!

New York - Russian Imperial Stout - 10.0% ABV. Black Chocolate Stout is now a wintertime favorite among beer fans worldwide. Rich roasted malts come together to create an unmistakable dark chocolate flavor perfect for special occasions and late nights by the fire.

United States - Texas - A smooth and velvety cream ale infused with the richness of fine chocolate. This brew combines a crisp, clean ale base with decadent notes of cacao and hints of pistacio.

United States - Virginia - We took a classic Northern English Brown Ale and pumped up the ABV, added a touch of cocoa nibs, and a ton of wildflower honey. Rich, bready malt and notes of toffee and caramel blended with a subtle chocolate background and sweet floral honey.

Washington - Milk/ Sweet Stout - 6.5% ABV. Dark Persuasion is brewed with rich coconut, vanilla and cacao nibs, which evole flavors of German Chocolate Cake. Enriched with Dark roasted malt enhance the chocolate character.

Colorado- American Brown Ale- This beautiful, deep russet brew has the sweet and somewhat nutty character of Adam Avery's late (1992-2002) Chocolate Lab, for which it is named. Crystal and chocolate malts give this beer a brown sugar maltiness with hints of vanilla and nuts.

Texas- English Brown Ale- Pours deep, chocolaty brown with a tan head. Warm, enticing aromas of chocolate, almonds, coffee, caramel & roasted malts. Taste is similar to the nose- chocolaty, sweet & malty. The sweetness from the caramel & toffee really stands out!

United States - Maryland - Chocolate Volcano blasts your tongue with a lava flow of velvety richness. Brewed with imported cocoa powder and cocoa nibs and overflowing with decadent chocolate flavor Barrel Aged for 3 months before being canned.

California - American Porter - 8.0% ABV. Chocolate Porter with intense roasted malt flavor derived from two types of chocolate malt and raw cocoa nibs. Whole vanilla beans introduced post fermentation.

Belgium- Belgian Strong Dark Ale- 9.2% ABV. TRAPPIST ALE. This beer is a lower gravity version of Rochefort 10. The dark roasted malts, chocolate and fruit flavors make this very pleasant to drink. BeerAdvocate's #23 of 25 All-Time Top Beers 2008.

Colorado & NC- Scotch Ale/Wee Heavy- 8% ABV. GABF Bronze Medal 2011. Brewed with copious amounts of crystal, chocolate, & a dash of beechwood-smoked malts, this cola-colored beer features a dense tawny head, a creamy mouthfeel & flavors of caramel, chocolate & lightly roasted malts.

California- Scotch Ale/Wee Heavy- 7.4% ABV. Pours a brown/amber color with ruby highlights. Aromas of rich, toasted caramel malts with a light & earthy bitterness. Tastes of sweet caramel malts, toffee, and roasted chocolate with just a touch of fresh, earthy hops.

Washington- American Double/Imperial Stout- 8.5% ABV. Darker Persuasion is brewed with rich coconut, vanilla & cacao nibs which evoke flavors of German chocolate cake. Dark roasted specialty malts enhance the chocolate character and make this stout decadent and extremely drinkable.

California- English Brown Ale- Rich chocolate malt flavors create complexity and drinkability in this classic English-style Nut Brown ale. Although dark in color, Nut Brown Ale is an extremely easy drinking & relatively low alcohol beer. Gold Medal winner at LA County's 2010 fair.

United States - California - A longtime fan favorite at the brewery, Islander Joy is now available for a wider release. This barrel-aged stout blends Tahitian vanilla, Vietnamese coffee, and creamy coconut with flavors and aromas of rich chocolate.

Florida- American Brown Ale- Pours a light brown color with amber notes. A nutty aroma of caramel malts, chocolate, dark fruits, and mocha. Tastes of cocoa, oats, toffee, toasted nuts and bread with a mild hoppy bitterness.

United States - Connecticut - Our base Imperial Stout brewed with oats and loads of Chocolate malt. We added chocolate and raisin to make this stout a chocolate chunk oatmeal raisin cookie! Brewed at the Twelve Percent Beer Project.

Texas - American Porter - 5.5% ABV An unusually drinkable porter with subtle notes of coffee and chocolate. This ale is a sublime blend of premium roasted malts, delectable enough to be enjoyed no matter what you're up to.
