United States - California - A light golden ale infused with a house-made chai and pumpkin spice gives a balance of sweet and warming spice that perfectly compliments the cooler times of year.

California- Cream Ale. This style of beer generally offers a malt-forward body with low levels of hop bitterness. Adjuncts such as corn and rice can aid in creating a lighter body, but are not always used in brewing this style.

United States - South Carolina - A Summertime Pale Ale brewed with wheat and oats, in addition to barley. Citra, Strata, Motueka and Nelson hops. Double dry-hopped for hop forward character on a light malt base.

Michigan- American Barley Wine- 10.2% ABV. Third Coast Old Ale starts with a rich, caramel base, and finishes with a heavy hop bitterness. Sharply intense at first, it will age gracefully, adding complexity and subtlety in your cellar. Go ahead, test your patience.

California- Kolsch- 4.8% ABV. Take the finest very pale barley malt, a shovel or two of wheat malt, leave the bittering to the delicate hops from Bavaria & you get a beer that dances on your tongue like Champagne, yet satisfies with the robust mouthfeel of a Pilsner.
