New Mexico- For this expression of Colkegan Single Malt Whiskey, Santa Fe Spirits takes Colkegan from select aged barrels and transfers it to freshly emptied Apple Brandy barrels, where it continues to age for a minimum of one year.

NM, USA - Charming in the mouth with more white chocolate, some bitter cherry stones, a hint of Mozart chocolate bitters and a bit of raw rhubarb. It can be enjoyed either neat, with ice, water or a mixer.
