Canada- Fruit Lambic- 5.2% ABV. After the never ending battle between the hop heads and sour lovers we decided to appease the two. Using Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand and Citra from the Pacific North West this mixed fermentation brew is juicy, sour and extremely refreshing.

Canada - We created this Pale Ale brewed as a traditional NE Hazy Pale with a unique yeast that brews a very low alcohol. Using Mosaic, Citra and Azacca hops, this brew is citrusy with tropical fruit hop aromas and bright red berry notes.

Canada - Life in the Clouds IPA by Collective Arts Brewing is a juicy, hazy New England-style IPA brewed with Simcoe and Mosaic hops, offering bold tropical fruit flavors, citrus notes, and a soft, pillowy mouthfeel.

Wisconsin- Hazy/New England Style IPA- 8.0% ABV. This New England style DIPA is a beast, but not in a 'lurking in the shadows,' 'evil' kind of way; in a 'flavor explosion, delicious hops,' GOOD Monster kind of way! Double dry hopped with 24g/L of Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe and Amarillo.

Canada - Hazy/ New England Style IPA - 4.1% ABV. Double Dry-Hopped IPA made with 16 grams per litre of Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic and Centennial hops. Citrus and Tropical fruit notes dominate, but it is also balanced and sessionable

Canada - Gose - 4.9% ABV. Using our core Gose as a base, we added the freshest guava puree we could find and then let the bewers go to work. The end result was a perfect balance of tart, sweet, and sour. Expect Pink Himalayan Salt and floery guava to leave you refreshed and wanting more

Canada - American IPA - 6.8% ABV Galaxy hops from Myrtleford, Victoria in Australia and Mosaic hops from Yakima, Washington, USA, deliver aromas and flavours of tropical fruits, mango and citrus. Light malt body lets the hops shine through, and finishes crisp but not bitter.

Canada - American Porter - 5.5% ABV This is a full-bodied porter with plenty of roast flavour as well as hints of molassesand chocolate. Ridiculous amounts of Chocolate and Pale Ale malts make this porter smooth and creamy but seriously drinkable.

Canada- Baltic Porter. This style of beer generally offers a roasted malt-forward flavor and aroma with a dryer body than an American Porter. This style tends to have a moderately high alcohol content.

Wisconsin- Specialty Beer- 6.5% ABV. This brew is dosed with Amarillo, Ekuanot CRYO, Columbus and El Dorado hops, resulting in a bright citrus character with dank and tropical stone fruit backing notes. Add in a bit of bright acidity from souring and these hops shine even brighter.

Canada- American IPA- 6.0% ABV. This collab with Thin Man out of Buffalo, NY is an IPA and is the perfect combination of Vic Secret, Simcoe, and Cascade hops, giving this brew a delicious blend of juicy citrus and stone fruits, with a pleasant note of fresh pine.

Canada- Hazy/New England-Style IPA- 6.5% ABV. Regular Citra combines with Citra CRYO, Citra INCOGNITO and Citra SPECTRUM for sweet, fruity aromas of bright grapefruit and orange citrus, with flavours of lemon meringue pie combined with juicy tropical fruits.

Canada- American IPA- 6.3% ABV. An exciting combination of new-school and experimental hops. Sabro, Lotus and HBC 472 hops, delivering a wildly complex flavour profile, which is easiest to describe as a blend of coconut and juicy orange flavour! Perfect for summer sipping!

Canada - Refreshing and balanced tartness are the hallmarks of this beer. Hints of coriander bring out the citrus character of the Sicilian lemon, a bit more aromatic and less tart than a regular lemon. Think sipping limoncello with a spritz!
