California - American Amber/Red Ale. This style of beer generally offers balanced malt and hop flavor and aroma in a beer with an amber color and full body. This style pairs very well with a variety of grilled or baked foods.

United States - Wisconsin - An American Pale Ale featuring a blend of Galena, Nugget and Comet hops. This classic West Coast inspired brew is easy-drinking, showcasing bold citrus and pine flavor, subtle yet inviting aromas of grapefruit, citrus rind, and tropical fruits.

"Wisconsin- Belgian Pale Ale- 9.5% ABV. Azzaca in the whirlpool lends a fruity hop twist, almost savory quality to a fluffy malt character in this historic European beer style. Our brew is belgian yeast forward, but taste much lighter than it's 9.5% ABV."

Wisconsin- Hazy/New England-Style IPA. This style of beer generally offers hop-forward flavors and aromas with much less bitterness than American IPAs, as well as a much hazier appearance.

Wisconsin- American Porter- 7.0% ABV. Brewed in collaboration with Milwaukee Record, this full-bodied Rye porter is brewed with modest amounts of cinnamon, cocoa nibs, coffee, vanilla and 3 types of chilies to give it a subtle mole-inspired complexity.

Iowa- American Brown Ale. This style of beer generally offers roasted, caramel-like malt flavor and aroma as well as hop bitterness. This style pairs well with a variety of cooked and grilled foods.

Indiana- Hazy/New England Style IPA- 7.0% ABV. Hazy, low bitterness with high hop flavor and aroma. "Juicy" character, with notes of tropical fruit. We hope you enjoy this IPA!
