Cooper River Ale

South Carolina - American Blonde Ale -4.1% ABV. A classic American Blonde Ale with whole oranges, pilsen base malt and a touch of German Tettnang Hops. After the ale was "Crashed" to 34 degrees we infused sliced oranges into the fermentation vessel enhancing the cirtus aroma and taste.

South Carolina- Blonde Ale- 4% ABV. Patterned after lights English ales and sometimes referred to the US as a blonde ale. Not too complex or bitter, just perfectly balanced for a drop of refreshing quality.
