USA - Cask 350 is a single cask of American Single Malt Whiskey. It was distilled using a combination of Baronesse and Genie barley, both local to Washington. It was matured for 37 months in a char #2, new American Oak cask from Canton Cooperage & bottled at its natural cask strength

United States - 50% - Peatsmith explores the unique flavors that smoke contributes to their whiskey. Crafted from barley malted with smoke from peat harvested from Washington’s Olympic Peninsula, this offers a smoky profile that is both mellow and distinct from traditional whiskeys

USA - Cask 303 is a single cask of American Single Malt Whiskey. Brewed and distilled from the Genie barley variety grown on a single farm in Walla Walla. It was matured for 46 months in a char #3, new American Oak cask from Kelvin Cooperage and bottled at its natural cask strength

Washington- Made from 100% malted barley, twice distilled, and matured for 30 months in new American oak barrels. Soft honey and black tea aromas. Smooth mouthfeel. Flavors of smoked orange and toffee, giving way to black pepper and leather. Bottled at 104 proof. Delicious to sip neat.

United States - 57.5% - Single Cask No. 444 was crafted from a barley varietal called Genie grown in Reardan, Washington This new American Oak cask matured for just over 3 years before being bottled at cask strength & bottled exclusively for Total Wine & More

Washington- Aromas of campfire, roasted tomatoes, and exotic spices that lead to flavor notes of roasted almonds, toast, and orange zest. A long finish of hickory, cedar, and wet earth end with pleasant briny and wood notes.

United States - 50% - Distilled from Baronesse barley, known for its exceptional quality & rich, malty flavor. This barley was grown at Joseph’s Grainery in Colfax & malted by LINC Malt. Crafted from 8 casks, all Kelvin Cooperage char #3, matured for just under 3 1/2 years.
